A HUGE improvement! Plus comes with Juicer, Egg wisk…!
By M. Hamilton
I received this feed processor a few weeks ago and am so pleased! I antecedently had the Kitchenaid professional 11 cup model and this one is sooo much better! It’s awful what increasing the size by just one cup does! I had this chocolate tofu pie recipe that never rather got blended in my old processer because it was too thick and heavy, but it mixes to the smoothest consistency in this one. I no longer have to break it up into batches! Plus, the extra big feed tube is a definate betterment over the older littler versions. And this one doesn’t jump around on my countertop like my older one did a bit. This one just seems REALLY solidly built. Don’t get me wrong, Kitchenaids older versions were likewise the best for their time, this one is just even better!
The design of this model is likewise very sleek and I’m no longer emberassed having my processor on my countertop.
Please note, this brushed nickel model likewise comes with an egg wisk, a citrus juicer attachment and an extra work bowl, which don’t come with the other models. I noticed this wasn’t cited in Amazon’s description but it must be. That alone justifies the more or less higher price, in addtition to the finelooking stainless finish and more prominent feed tube.

Beautiful, powerful and quiet!
By Richard J. Lemon
I received this processor in outstandingly short time and have been in particular impressed by the quality and performance. It is a huge machine. I was amazed by the size and weight, but it still manages to fit on the counter underneath the cabinets and looks wonderful.
The accessaries are plentiful and the storage case is utile for keeping all the further and added blades neatly organized. The chefs bowl may only be employed with the disc blades (the multipurpose blades only fit the big bowl and mini bowl).
As big as the machine is, it’s in an outstanding manner quiet. I speedily made a carrot cake (and cream cheese frosting), quiche and a loaf of bread without disturbing any person else in the house. The speed with which this machine processes is stunning. I have run all the parts through the dishwasher multiple times taking care to turn off the power heat option if any pieces were near the heating factor to keep out of the way of damage.
The widemouth feed is huge sufficient to take an entire huge potato. Enough said.
I’m still getting acquainted with feed processing, but if you want a large, powerful and quiet feed processor that looks fantastic, this is a great buy.

Excellent so far
By NYC Babe
After doing much exploration on feed processors, it wound up a choice amidst the Kitchen Aid and the Cuisine Art. I went to the store to see in person which machine I liked better. The Kitchen Aid, it turns out, is far more user friendly than the CuisineArt. A simple click is all that is necessitated to lock the base and top into position. Whereas I always had to struggle with my old Cuisine Art to lock the mechanisms into place. It is a sturdy machine and as numerous have said, it is rather quiet, but powerful. This is not an inexpensive machine, but one hopes it will last a very long time.
I applied the Kitchen Aid various times for respective tasks in the month I have had it and it has been wonderful. I like that it comes with the extra work bowls and affixations and the storage container. It is easy to use and switch blades and bowls for the duration of the feed prep process. Grating, mincing and slicing are easy to control with the pulse button (better than with the CuisineArt).
I was concerned when it comes to reviews that said the mechanism froze to the base and called client service to ask with regards to this issue. The person with whom I spoke feigned ignorance of the prevalance of the problem and said he had only heard with regards to it happening once and that it most likely occurred when the bowl was over filled. Frankly, I do not believe him. That said, other reviewers have praised the Kitchen Aid client service in the event of a problem. This problem has NOT happened to me, but I have not made dough in the machine yet, which is when it seems like it happens.
The look of the machine is cool and it does not take up a big amount of counter space. I do commend taking a look at the selections in a store in person to see what suits your needs. Then buy on Amazon where I have found, for the most part, prices to be good.
