Wearever??? More Like WHATEVER No Warranty

I purchased a set of Wearever Hard Anodized cookwear in regards to 10 years ago. At the time, I salaried approx. $175 for the set. We have been fanatical in regards to never using sharp objects with the teflon coating. As a result, the interior of the pans are in very good shape. My problem is with the anodized finish and handles which have not kept up at all. While out buying goods for new cookwear, I came all around the new Wearever sets. Prominently displayed on their packaging is printed “Guaranteed Forever.” I went home and decisive to call their client service to see if my cookwear could be substituted under warranty. What happened from there was an excercise in poor client service.
