The hard-anodized aluminum bodies and stainless-steel bases with encapsulated aluminum cores offer the dual vantages of rapid, even heating and superior durability. Circulon’s TOTAL nonstick scheme (rated the longest wearing by independent lab tests) features an all-over nonstick coating and a Hi-Low ring design that heats feed over the entire cooking surface, but reduces abrasion by permitting only a part of feed and utensils to touch. Also, different from most nonstick pans, Infinite goes right into the dishwasher so cleanup is a breeze. Hooray! Quality Cookware that is Dishwasher Safe!

I perfectly love Circulon “Infinite” cookware! It does everything that’s promised, and goes into the dishwasher too! Believe me; this may be a very important feature if quick and easy cleanup is indispensable you. Yet, that is not my only reason for giving this product a five star rating. I’ve owned some brands of cookware over the years, and for one reason or another, they have fallen short of my expectations. Yes, even my Calphalon cookware can’t hold a candle to Circulon “Infinite.” For instance, I’ve had a couple Calphalon frying pans for more than a year now. I tend not to use them because their non-stick properties are lacking–so much so that making eggs “over-easy” is closely impossible. I’ve tried assorted dissimilar things to rectify this problem, but no matter what I’ve tried, feed proceeds stick, which not only makes cooking more difficult, but it makes cleanup more difficult as well. Another problem that I have is that the bottoms of my Calphalon pans have a slight curve to them; as a result they don’t sit with resolute determination on my burners. On the other hand, however, each of my “Infinite” cookware pieces have a flat bottom, which allows them to sit with resolute determination on my burners, and I never have a problem with feed sticking to them.

As good as the tech edge allows

Infinite Circulon 10-Piece SetThe set is useable on our induction type cooktop, and also goes right in into the dishwasher, which was not permitted with former non-stick pots/pans. And it cooks fine, too.

Nice to put in the dishwasher if you may lift it there

Previous experience with Circulon II was very good. So, Circulon that could be put in the dishwasher was actually desirable. However, they are in truth heavy and the handles get hot.
