5Fantastic Mixer
By Jennifer
WOW! This is a real work horse of a machine. I picked mine up on eBay a few months ago and I couldn’t be happier. With 800 watts of power you don’t have to worry with regards to thawing butter or handling the thickest of doughs. It includes three affixations heads (wire whisk, dough hook and beater) and they are very sturdy. The steel mixing bowl is sturdy and cleans easily. Controls are plainly and it has a great safety cutoff to prevent the machine from operating when the head is tilted back.

5Great mixer
By bobbyray
This is a genuinely good machine. I have had mine with regards to 10 years and it has been non-stop. I am finelooking tough on it too. It has a 7 quart bowl, which makes it possible to do up to 3 batches of cookies at once. A real time saver. There is a cut-off switch when tilted and it will never commence up unless you hit the green button. So you never have the flour going all over the kitchen. The speed knob turns with no problems or difficulties with finish control. It has a lot of power to get through the toughest doughs. The bowl locks in very without apparent effort too. I in the end thought it would be time to disassemble it a bit for a indepth cleaning and was amazed on it is good internal condition. Other than it is splendid performance, I like the fact that it is lightweight. Much more comfortable to get in and out of cabinets than the other brands. My only request is to be capable to get attachments, i.e. meat grinder, blender, pasta maker, etc. I have not been capable to find any, and there are all the hook ups on the machine.

4Functional and Durable
By LC
Hamilton Beach CPM700 Commercial Stand Mixer, Silver I purchased this mixer when I had a baking business making when it comes to 50 cakes plus a great deal of pounds of cookies a week. It is the 4th mixer I purchased after I burned through 3 others. Most humans don’t need to have as big a bowl but if you do, I would commend this one over the Kitchen Aid and unquestionably over the Viking I had. Most significantly it has an automatic shut off when the motor gets overheated, which the others do not. It doesn’t offer a splatter shield, but it is the precise shape as the Viking so you may order one from that company and it will work fine. The warrantee is not as good as the Kitchen Aid which mechanically sends you another within days, but it also is more lasting if you are doing galore heavy obligation baking.
