Not a substitute bowl for DLC-7 as advertised
By D. Arlington
I have always been pleased with my Amazon purchases until dealing with this business. Very unhappy with this transaction. They were not more than willing to work with me thru email interchange to make it right and provided no phone number to try to resolve to my satisfaction. This supposed “replacement” bowl would not work with the parts of the firstborn unit as is supposedly should. If this necessitated their own top then is ought to not be sold separately and only sold with their top. They only gave me the option of returning, but I had to eat closely $20 of shipping fees (original and return) for a $31 item. Since it was their fault and not mine that their product did not work, then they will have to have at least credited the firstborn shipping charge. In reasonable dealings with other reputable businesses, when it was their fault, they supplied a prepaid shipping label for the return. These folks did not.

Perfect Replacement for Cuisinart DLC-7
By C. MacPhail
Apparently D. Arlington employed a bad amazon merchant.
I ordered from Small Appliance. The bowl works perfectly on my 25-year old Cuisinart DLC-7. It looks to be a authenti Cuisinart bowl, a perfective match to the original.

By Arthur J. Thomas
Well made. Does the occupation it’s made for. Lasts a long time. I purchased the
the DC7 Pro in 1981 and have only replace the bowl. Motor is still going strong.
