5Dough mixer does incisively what it’s supposed to do
By Susan
I read when it comes to this gadget on the Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day website, and decisive to give it a try. I have a huge feed processor, but it seemed like a lot of parts to wash for just a few twirls of the dough, and the wooden spoon worked but was more crusade than I like to expend.

This cool little gadget does an magnificent job, no fuss, little effort, and it cleans up very easily. I highly commend it.

5Best thing since sliced bread?
By XSIman
I purchased this for making home made bread without expecting much from it because a wood spoon didn’t work very well and a wire whisk was closely inconceivable to clean. This ridiculous little stick with a bit of twisted wire on the end has made things so much having little impact for me. I may mix more bread dough with it than with a wire whisk or wood spoon and it is exceedingly easy to clean. I wouldn’t dream of making bread without it.

5Hoe your dough
By moving target
Decided to undertake this product with the “artisan in five” and “healthy bread in five” recipes as they make rather wet and sticky doughs that have a tendency to stick to solid type spoons, wooden, metal or plastic and puff up flour clouds when starting the mixing routine until the liquids commence to be absorbed. Even after a heap of mixing one still finds wet pockets and arid pockets until the final mixture is attained, then the scraping of the spoon is still necessitated and washing required. The price of Dough Mixer was reasonable and even qualified for free shipping if combined with other merchandise to meet the required minimum buy amount. That along with positive reviews made the decision to undertake it easy and we are very pleased to find that the Dough Mixer lives up to all the “promises Made” in that it is very easy to use and clean up. Just begin running it through your ingredients in short strokes and increase the length as you go, like hoeing a row and voila in minutes the dough is mixed, a quick rinse and you’re done. We oiled the wood handle, before the 1st use with solid homogeneous inorgani substance oil(as commended for treating wooden pizza peels)to keep it from getting water logged and souring.
