Great product!

I am very pleased with this grill. When I’m done cooking I always dread the clean up; BUT as I sullenly stood at the sink and started out the dreaded task, I was enjoyably amazed that clean up was a snap! It only took me a minute or two to have the thing looking like new! I walked away from the sink with a big smile!!! It is a good size…For my introductory meal I cooked steak and potatoes for 3, and there was a great deal of room for more! I have only used this thing outside; but from what I have observed, let me suggest that if you use it inside, place it on your stove top and turn on the exhaust fan because it does give off a bit of smoke and there is a great deal of spattering which I am sure could leave a heap of not so desirable after effects indoors. My only other minor complaint would be that there is no steam vent on the lid, so when you lift it be careful because it did have rather a bit of run off. Let me also say that my friend has the more prominent model and it does have the lid vent which is great…BUT on the same token it doesn’t have the nice clip beneath which keeps the grill attached to the stand. If you want to move hers, you can’t just pick it up by the handles. (Although, let me make it clear, I would not commend moving either of them while hot or with the weight of feed on them; I am talking with regards to moving them for storage or to transport). Overall, it’s a outstanding product. Keep in mind, of course, this is not a charcoal grill…so you might want to get a little originative with things like liquid smoke or hickory salt, etc. I am pleased with my purchase, but do not forget that we all do not have the same uses and expected values planned for the product…so it is natural to find other reviews which may not be so favorable; therefore, I suggest you choose the review that most almost relates to what you would plan to use this grill for. So far I have had success with steak, hamburgers, hot dogs and potatoes. I can not vouch yet for things like chicken, pork chops, or kabobs…I haven’t gone there…yet.

Smaller than the basi GGR50B

I purchased this to replace my 5 year old George Foreman Indoor/Outdoor Grill that just merely was used to death, and I loved it. This one is fine, but it is littler than the introductory one (my primary clue must have been the scaled down price) and it is a bit harder to remove the grill plate to clean it. It has a clip underneath, for safety I suppose, but I find it awkward to remove. I in truth like the new one, too, but I am not happy it is so much smaller. It does fit into my sink for cleaning better than my old one since it is smaller. Just a warning if you are looking to replace the primary model and want the same size, order GGR50B, not this one.

Great indoor/outdoor grill!!

I have had this grill for years and I love it!!
It comes isolated effortlessly for cleaning and heats evenly..
I like it so much that I purchased it as gifts for family and they love it too…
Its great for winter grilling when it is too cold to grill outdoors or for a person that lives in an apartment or condo..
