I learned from TV news that the traditionalisti non-stick Teflon coating cookware may break down beneath heat or scratch off and cause cancer. Therefore, I have not been using them at all. I had changed to all stainless steel cookware last year. However, the feed stick and may got darken without apparent effort (also cancer causing) and I have to use a lot of oil for cooking. I then saw there are ceramic coating pans on the market. I purchased a few of the Scanpan ceramic titanium coating pans to use. They are very good even they are expensive. I did a great deal of more exploration on the ceramic cookware. I found the new German Weilburger Greblon Ceram (I guess it is ceramic in German) coating Healthy Legend cookware. I think it is a new entry to the market. I was skeptical when I purchased a few of this Healthy Legend cookware including the fry pan and soup pot with the German ceramic coating. The Healthy Legend cookware and very well made. They have all the FDA certification as ECO Friendly and non-toxic. They are very good quality like the Mercedes or BMW of cookware. The pot material is very thick so it is a little heavier to handle than my Scanpans. The coating is in truth superior to the ceramic titanium coating on my Scanpans. Also, titanium is a metal and I am happier to use a wholly non-metallic cooking surface. The non-stick surface is very good. The heat distribution is very even and my feed won’t get burn that easy. I may add minimal amount of oil. From the cooking and cleaning, I feel the Healthy Legend fry pan and soup pot is outperforming my Scanpans and the prices are very reasonable. I may get the gain of non-stick low oil cooking and easy cleaning with no health problem from the Teflon. The coating seems to be very strong and much more lasting than Teflon and even the Scanpan. However, I am still hesitating to use steel utensils for this. I think you will have to still use the plastic utensils and cleaning pads for non-stick surface only. I think the ceramic coating surface may chip off if you hit it hard with a steel fork or a steel utensil.

5No regrets
By Ponch50
The only problem I’ve had with this product thence far is learning how to cook with it because you don’t need as much oil, or any oil at all. The biggest attribute is I don’t have to worry regarding cooking my feed in a pan lined with cancer causing Teflon anymore. The handle could be a potential problem by coming loose in the future, but not one thing a screwdriver couldn’t fix if it does. Overall, I’m very impressed.

5Great quality pan
By Love Labs
I could have purchased the next size down, but love this pan. Not made in China and it’s very high quality. Not so heavy that it’s hard to handle.
