5Excellent Book very informative

As a professional in the industry for 11 years, this by far is the most intensive book I have had the pleasure to read. Not only to those who create ice cream, but any individual mesmerized in the industry as a profession will find this very informative and enlightening. This was plainly written by an individual who has exstensive industry cognition and genuinely wants others not to make the pricey errors one ofttimes makes in a new endever. If I had read this 11 years ago I would have saved thousands of dollars and a whole lot of misdirected time.

5Excellent description of all phases

This book was *exactly* what I was looking for to support me get started in this business. A very wide overview of numerous dissimilar topics affiliated to the ice cream business.

As my plans are to perchance open a parlor, galore of the distinct elements of the mercantile operations were not utile to me, but it *was* at least interesting to see how the big boys do it.

The one area that I was a little disappointed in was the business distinct elements of it. There were a lot of general discussions of things to accomplish, without any real instruction in how to go in regards to genuinely *accomplishing* them.

Overall, well worth the (rather steep, I admit…) price.

5Excellent book for ice cream professionals

Working as a dairy technician in a medium sized ice-cream-factory, I necessitated something to exaggerate my psychological result of perception learning and reasoning on the subject. That’s why I purchased this book. And I was amazed: Ice Cream and Frozen Desserts: A Commercial Guide to Production and Marketing genuinely met my expected values and did a lot more. It’s well written, without apparent effort accessible and thorough. A ought to buy for both ice-cream-professionals and enthusiasts.
