My favored kichen appliance

After two years of hard use, I love this thing even more now than to begin with. It has features that make it far and away more utile than my former feed processor. It’s so satisfying, easy to use and dependable I at times use it multiple times a day.

Hands down!

Few are the times when you feel good after spending >$500 on kitchen stuff, but this is one of those. Looks good, and performs even better. Fairly easy to clean, and even the little booklet that comes with it provides classic noesis in the fine art of French cooking (you may tell it’s a direct translation from French; like set oven to 355°F….).
Had it for 2 weeks now, and it feels like I may do things with more selfassurance equated to the respective brands I have had before (name it, and I in all likelihood owned it). This is a “no BS” machine that does what it says, period! And quietly, I might add.
This together with my Le Creuset cookware are my favorites in the kitchen right now.
Sorry Amazon, but I ended up buying it from another vendor. Don’t recognise why, really…

Robot Coupe what happened to you???

I owned a Cuisinart for closely 35 yrs. & loved it…every moment of it. It was then fabricated by Robot Coupe before it was purchased out by another company abroad. It was to a considerable degree used & mistreated for the duration of it is years of service with me. But, my husband died, I moved & no longer had the more prominent family for it. Twenty years later, my new husband wanted to treat me with the NEW & IMPROVED Robot Coupe which I had so highly praised! I employed it sparingly & 3 yrs. later, the switch mechanism stopped working & I had incisively the same problem as another reviewer. Try to turn it off & nothing…tried pulsing, turning off & finally, pulled the plug on it!!! This was for the duration of the Christmas holiday season when I most necessitated it. I at long last finished my cookie batter by twisting the cover off or unplugging the Robot Coupe.
You had a great reputation but cheapened it & I am very unhappy with regards to this product & your name. I will follow Amazon’s writer/reviewers views re these products. You don’t appear in Cook’s Illustrated reviews or in Consumer Reviews because of your inflated price but Amazon covers all ranges & the readers will get a whiff of your bettered French manufacturers’ values.
Good luck! I’m waiting for Chef’s Catalog’s decision re whether to repair or replace it & I will keep your readers apprised of the results.
