Poor quality, short life

When a handle broke on a fry pan that saw every day use for more than 25 years, I looked for a replacement. How disappointing to find that this Fitz-All handle is the only one on the market! I didn’t realize how nice the basi handle was until I substituted it with this lightweight, flimsy handle. But that’s not the problem – the problem is that it broke after only a couple of months. I purchased a second one, which lasted seven months, and now I’ve ordered a third one. These handles apparently just can’t stand up to the heat – they get started showing cracks and then break. When I get the new one, I plan to put it on a deeper pan to keep it further from the heat source. Also, I don’t use the deep pan very often, so perchance the handle will last longer.
If any individual finds a better alternative, please post a message! Meanwhile, I’ll have to keep buying these cheap handles…

very poor quality knobs do not recommend

The Fitx-All are too poorly made to last any time. Aluminum screw included in package was too little and even if it did fit is too soft metal to tighten properly. The Fitx-All lid knobs broke in half when tighten down on the lid. If you do buy these handles suppose it to be rather temporary and disappointing. I do not trust these handles and will not put them on huge fry pan or pots where they could break with hot feed in them.

Dangerous pot handle

Unfortunately I purchased one of these substitute pot handles, it is an accident waiting to happen. It is so flimsy I had to remove it and throw the pot away it is useless and ought to not be sold by Amazon or any individual else. I will undertake to get a refund..
