LOVE IT!

Scanpan, Where have you been all my egg eating life???? I was so over Calphalon, the non-stick peeling up. I would send them back and get a new one underneath warrantee, which was genuinely nice, but I was tired of paying the shipping to be honorable and it seemed like within a few months the stuff was peeling up again, in spite of extensive venture to clean it and use it in the gentlest of ways. I am a fan of eggs, I eat two each morning for breakfast. I tried so a lot of things and didn’t like that my feed was getting these chemicals off the pan. I did a ton of exploration which led me to try Scanpan. THIS IS THE PAN!!!! LOVE IT!!!! Cooks eggs beautifully and has held up great. Love that it’s so feed safe with the nonstick surface. (get the pan nice and hot before putting the eggs on so they will flip better and not break up if you like them over easy). Enjoy, this is the ONLY nonstick pan you’ll ever need again!

I’ve had a great deal of highpriced nonstick frypans over the years, but this one is the best, and not as pricey! It genuinely is NON stick and easy to clean! Remember to follow the instructions of preheating on medium heat and do not use nonstick cooking spray. You may use oil or butter, but it’s actually not necessary. My only minor complaint is that the sides of the pan are not very high, so most times when stirring, things may go over the sides. Otherwise, it’s fantastic!

I learned from TV news that the established non-stick Teflon coating cookware may break down beneath heat or scratch off and cause cancer. Therefore, I have not been using them at all. I had changed to all stainless steel cookware last year. However, the feed stick and may got darken without apparent effort (also cancer causing) and I have to use a lot of oil for cooking. I then saw there are ceramic coating pans on the market. I purchased a few of the Scanpan ceramic titanium coating pans and also a few of the Healthy Legend ceramic coating pans and pots with the German ceramic coating call Greblon. They are both very good even they are expensive. Overall, I think the Healthy Legend cookware is somewhat better and the non-stick property works better after some use. There are other on the market but their prices are even more.
