Wolfgang Puck Food Processor

With it is powerful 350-watt motor, this commodious feed processor quickly and effortlessly slices, shreds, dices, chops, and purees, helping to reduce prep time in the kitchen. The unit features a shatterproof 4-cup work bowl and a wide-mouth design with a feed pusher for adding feed while continuously processing. Its control panel offers two buttons for selecting low and high speed settings or “pulse” to deliver an extra burst of power when needed. Use the machine to quickly blend up batches of pesto, chop onions and green peppers for a veggie pizza, or shred cheese for omelets on a Sunday morning–the choices are endless. Other highlights include overload reset, a continuous flow lid, a disc and flow stopper for processing into the 4-cup bowl, and a drawer for storing the accessaries when not in use. A stainless-steel reversible slicing-and-shredding disc and a chopping blade come included. The feed processor measures approximately 10-1/5 by 9-2/5 by 14 inches.

5Perfect for non-foodies
By fatchancemn
Years ago I had one of those 12 cup processors and I seldom applied it. It was a pain to clean and it took up too much of my fixed counter space. Because the Wolfgang Puck 4-cup has a chute you may grate or slice huge quantities by using your own bowl to catch the material. The chute has a sliding door that closes when you are using the blades. One of the introductory things I tried to routine was lemongrass. I used the thin slicer blade and sliced it directly into the bowl, then the blades chopped it finely. Worked great! The motor on this machine is powerful sufficient to make peanut butter in less than a minute. I made pesto in 10 seconds. I couldn’t be more impressed with both it is size and power. It does stand reasonably tall (see specs.) which might be a consideration. This is not a cheap little toy. It is well designed and executed. The silicone rubber feet work as suction cups to hold the machine down. It is easy to assemble and rinse. The storage drawer for the slicing and grating blades keeps them handy. If you use a feed processor without disturbance and for big numbers of diners, then you must look at the big ones. I cook for two and I love my Puck processor. And the price was unbeatable.

3Sorta-kinda good, depending on what you’re doing

Firstly, this is an magnificent unit for space-saving. If you want a feed processor and you have a tiny galley kitchen, live in an RV, this may be a outstanding choice. But be conscious of limitations.

2Dang, it leaks, not as good as I expected from Wolfgang Puck
By Sparrrow
I necessitated a new feed processor and chose this one because I liked the drawer that holds the blades and the Wolfgang Puck name behind this product, so I expected to be as happy with it as I was my Cuisinart (which I gave to my brother in California because he had jaw surgery ad necessitated all his feed pureed). So I necessitated a new one and thought I’d get a outstanding product because of the Wolfgang Puck name.

However, when you grate or slice with any of the blades, it is so rough on the vegetables that you end up with juice in the bottom holder. I’ve done apples, red bell peppers, red onions, and I’ve applied the thickest slicer blade to see if it does any better, but they still end up pretty much macerated and there is a pool of juice in the bottom, close to a cup of it. I do save it and use it for soup so I don’t waste food, but this never happened with my Cuisinart.

Also, the lid leaks huge time and there is juice flying out and down the sides and into the drawer that holds the blades. What a bummer. If it weren’t for the shipping, I would return it, but I’m stuck with it now until I may save up to get my Cuisinart, who has already worked out all the kinks related with inferior feed processors.

Very surprised, as I thought Wolfgang Puck would put out better quality products. I’m sure he would not use this product in his kitchen, no way.
